• You believe the most effective advertising engages, involves and entertains the consumer; while weak, irrelevant advertising interrupts the consumer.
• You believe the best collaboration involves putting heads together, bringing in additional perspectives with diverse backgrounds and discliplines, and often comes from outside the four walls of the office: At a pub, after a couple of cold beers on a Monday afternoon.
• You believe clients should have access to your good ideas as soon as you develop them, even if the ideas are a little rough around the edges — NOT six months later, after multiple rounds of groupthink and served cold via PowerPoint.
• You don’t believe in the devil’s advocate. In fact, you want to punch the devil’s advocate in the face and throw them from the room.
